I am constantly surprised and shocked about what chemicals are being put in foods and what is happening to the foods many people consume on a daily basis. Due to big, baffling words and a lack of labelling laws companies are getting away with murder (literally!)

At last the verdict is out, butter is actually good for you, wohoo (and it tastes mighty fine too). We were conned into believing that margarine was the preferred choice for our health. Yes we were conned by profit grabbing manufacturers.
