Paleo Granola muesli


4 cups of mixed nuts - I used almond, pistachio, hazelnuts, walnuts

1/2 cup of pepitas

1/2 cup of sunflower seeds

2 cups of dried fruit - I used apricots, cranberries and sultanas

1/2 cup of goji berries

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup quinoa flakes

1 cup dedicated coconut

1 cup of coconut oil

1/2 cup honey

2 tsp of vanilla extract

(The best thing about this recipe is you can change it to what ever you like, this is what I had in my pantry today but next week it may be something a little different)
