Cauliflower Pizza Crust – yep its gluten free!


1 medium head of raw cauliflower (grated you should have 2-3 cups of cups. It looks like rice after grating or I use my thermo mix and pulse it in the thermo mix)

1 cup of shredded mozzarella

2 tbspn finely grated parmesan

1 egg

½ tspn of sea salt

1 tbspn Italian seasoning


Preheat oven to 200C

Warming gluten free Porridge

This little recipe is a great alternative to the usual oat porridge most people try. It is gluten free and soaked so much easier for our little people to digest. It is a warming, nourishing meal which is packed with energy to keep our little ones going throughout the day!


Ingredients -

Organic brown rice flakes

Almond/Coconut milk


Chia seeds


Sunflower seeds

Inca berries or organic sultanas



Vanilla powder

Cinnamon sprinkled

A drizzle of raw honey
